Refund policy
We accept returns for store credit of merchandise in the original condition in which it was sent (this includes any packaging and neck labels). We must receive your return request via email to hello@gallantla.co within 3 days after the delivery of your order in order to be considered for a return. Please email us within those 3 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA), specifying exactly what you would like to return, and why (style, size, quantity).
It is the customer's responsibility to check their order, in its entirety, within the required timeframe for order accuracy and to report any and all damages etc. to us within those 3 days. If photos are requested, we must also receive these photos within those 3 days from order delivery to the customer. If we haven't received the requested information within the 3 days since order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return.
Items must be returned (scanned by the mail carrier), within 7 days of receiving the return authorization (RA) from us.
Unauthorized returns or returns made out of this time frame are subject to a restocking fee - See info on "Unauthorized Returns" below.
Returned purchases may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% plus any shipping costs (to and from the customer). This is because the packing and shipping of all orders requires a lot of care, time, and money from us. Charging a restocking fee for returns or exchanges of larger orders avoids us having to globally raise the price of our products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. If the item is not in brand new condition upon return, we cannot issue a refund via store credit. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the contents including all original packaging and tags are not in their original condition.If your order meets the necessary criteria to receive store credit (please see the information above), we offer FREE returns within the contiguous United States for our collection items only (not Blanks which are a B2B program). Please email us at hello@gallantla.co to request a return label. Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest drop-off location. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
*Orders of our Gallant Blanks DO NOT meet the necessary criteria for free returns, only orders from our other branded collections meet these criteria.*
Please use a trackable method of shipping to return any items as we are not responsible for the loss of any items being returned to us. We highly recommend insuring your shipment as we cannot give store credit for a return that does not reach us. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Please include your original packing slip with your return and check off the items being returned. Failure to do so may cause delays in processing your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via store credit minus any shipping costs.
If you are approved, we will email you a code that you can use anywhere on our online store to purchase another item. This code does not expire.
Please note that customs, duties, taxes etc. are not under our control in any way and are not refundable under any circumstance. Depending on where you live, you may be able to apply for a customs refund directly with the customs agency after you've returned your items to us, but this is the sole responsibility of the customer.
CUSTOM/ MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS: Unfortunately, custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
GALLANT BLANKS: Gallant blanks are eligible for return for store credit, ONLY if the order was in stock and not made-to-order. Gallant blanks are not eligible for free returns (see below).
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange rate: Changes in currency exchange rate during the exchange period will not be taken into account i.e. the refund amount will be the original purchase price in USD, but any changes in currency will not be refunded.
Unauthorized returns: If the customer returns the product without first contacting us at hello@gallantla.co to request the return, and has not been approved by us in writing to go ahead with the return, we consider this an unauthorized return. All unauthorized returns incur a restocking fee of up to 50% of the original price of the item, which will be deducted from the total store credit amount given. If a customer does not email us within 3 days of receiving their order, or sends their return out of our returns window of 7 days from receipt of the Return Authorization, this is considered to be an unauthorized return, and will automatically incur a restocking fee of 50%. Orders returned more than 21 days after receipt of the order by the customer, will be returned to the customer, at their own expense. If an order is returned a second time after we have initially refused delivery of the return, we will donate the order to a charity organization on the customer's behalf.
Please note that if the customer refuses initial delivery of the item, or if the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information entered by the customer or failure to pay customs fees, any shipping costs and import duty fees related to the resulting unauthorized return, will be automatically deducted from the total store credit amount, as well as restocking fees if applicable (as above).

Lost packages: If a package is lost by the mail carrier before reaching the customer, we will file a claim with the shipping company and we will do our best to replace the items either directly or via store credit. This does not apply if the package was lost due to customer error e.g. if the wrong shipping address was given.
Stolen packages: If the carrier such as UPS has proof of delivery of a package, but it cannot be found or may have been stolen, it is the buyer's responsibility to file any claims to their credit card company or PayPal for possible reimbursement. It is not our responsibility once the package is marked as delivered.
Sale Items
Only regularly priced or sale items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately, final sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time, only store credit.

Order Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations of orders by the customer. Gallant reserves the right to cancel orders or remove parts of an order at our discretion - we will only issue a refund if we are unable to fulfill the item(s) due to current inventory discrepancies on our system (backorders not included) and if there isn't an alternative product you'd like to receive. In all other cases, we will issue store credit.
